Jessica introduces new clients to aerial exercises on hammocks; the class emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on aerial hammocks. No experience required.

Yoga Trapeze/Aerial Yoga take influence from traditional Yoga poses, Aerial Arts and Pilates.

My Yoga Trapeze Class is a complete body workout and stretch designed to help release the kinks from the spine, alleviate muscle tension, tone and elongate your muscles, mobilize and hydrate compressed joints and extend your flexibility.
